Lee Child picked a limitless subject when he set his hero in the small towns and byways of America. This time Reacher finds himself between two such places. The formula remains as entertaining as ever: Reacher investigates a wrongdoing, acquires a lover and sees that justice is done. He gets into fights and wins etc. This one is possibly a little less of a page-turner than the earlier ones but I’m a Jack Reacher fan so: no harm no foul. I enjoyed it and thoroughly recommend it for relaxation.
